Additional Fittings
The following fittings are available through AveryTools.com for use with SafeAir1 Pitot-Static Air Kits.
Fittings should be used ONLY with 1/4" tubing supplied by SafeAir1. The tubing O.D. is held to very tight specifications by the manufacturer. Use of third-party tubing may leak.
NOTE: Some third-party tubing will seal initially but, over time. will take a "set" and "indent" where contacted by the o-ring. In such cases, leaks will be inevitable.
Whether male, or female, all threads on the fittings below are 1/8" NPT (That's a tapered pipe thread!)
All threaded fittings that are angled also have an internal o-ring that allows for proper torque of the brass hex, and then rotation of the fitting in the proper direction. That's cool, useful, and proper!

Proper torque value for 1/8" NPT threads is 62-80 in-lbs (5.1-6.6 ft-lbs). BE ADVISED, you should check with the manufacturer of the device you're installing the fittings in and use the LOWER of the torque values.
